Villa Palmera is located in a quiet neighborhood, with close distance to golf courses, the beach including beach clubs and beach restaurants, grocery stores, bars and more than 20 restaurants suitable for both lunch and fine dining. The house lives up tp all modern standards including aircondition in all rooms, heated floors, heated pool and spa. With less than 30 minutes of drive from the airport, less than 10 km from Marbella city center, and less than 20 km from Puerto Banús, the house is located just in the center of the coast.

The house is an overwhelming and superb Andalusian style villa that can host 12 guests. It has a large and warm kitchen area that is center for the daily life in the house. Outside the kitchen you find the large morning terrace overlooking both a golf course, mountains and the Mediterranean. This terrace is filled with flowers, fruit plants that grow up a railing, and other flora that gives the terrace plenty of life and charm to enjoy a cop of coffee under the sun in the morning. The kitchen also gives you direct access to the pool area and a large terrace that is suitable for an afternoon dining at home. The pool area and terrace around it is orientated directly south and is consequently covered in sun throughout the entire day, which is perfect for a summer holiday. This terrace is partly covered which has made room for a cozy lounge area. The living room next to the kitchen is cozy and appropriate for a relaxing day or night at home. This room also gives direct access to the pool area, which is very beneficial for the daily life in the house.

From the main entrance of the villa you get access to a large hall with ceilings 6 meters above ground level. From here you enter the first floor where you find three large bedrooms with 8 sleeps in total. Two of these three bedrooms have their own bathrooms. From the entrance and corridor, you get access to the guest section which contains two bedrooms, each with its own bathrooms.
